So yeah, reading didn't kick off too well either because of that but a little happened at least. :)

ReplyDeleteI don't know.... I might fall asleep. ;)
Deletelove re-reading! My thing during the holidays... that feeling you won't be disappointed because you already knew the ending? LOL Happy Monday! New follower!
ReplyDeleteI agree! Re-reading is so comforting.
DeleteWow, I hardly ever re-read. I am sure you will like All the Light We Cannot See. Parts of it so sad, but so well written.
ReplyDeleteI'm excited to read it!
DeleteI have fond memories of The Swiss Family Robinson as I read it as a kid on a trip to Florida- one of those nostalgia books. :) But all l can remeber is the Disney movie, which I still have a soft spot for. Hope it's good!
ReplyDeleteI have a lot of nostalgia wrapped up in the movie but I scarcely remember the book from the first time I read it.
DeleteWarm and cozy are good words to describe the Little House books! Enjoy your reread! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks! I'm loving it so far!
DeleteI do love rereading some of the classic children's books I loved as a kid, there's just something so comforting about opening up a much loved book. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteYes indeed, especially with the little house books. :)
DeleteHow can you read more than one book a week? :)
ReplyDeleteENJOY your reading this week.

My It's Monday, What Are You Reading
Quite easily actually. It used to be harder for me but now I like it. :)
DeleteI have no idea why, but I'm really interested in that John Calvin book that you're reading. This week, I'm reading this great book on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and I'm enjoying the easy tone that the author used.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great week ahead of you!
Well it's pretty dense.... far warning.
DeleteI'm really sorry you had a rough week at work :( I'll be praying for ya!
ReplyDeleteOooh, All the Light We Cannot See...I've been going back and forth over whether or not I want to read it. You'll have to post a review!
Once I read it I will! I've heard lots of good things about it.
