Last week was a very laid back week for reading. I finished up re-reading Mary Poppins Opens the Door and then I started up re-reading Mary Poppins in the Park (I know last week I said that was the one I was reading but I was confused, and tired, and confused). I also started up The War of the Worlds yesterday. Currently I'm still listening to The Warden as well. I don't know how far I'll get this week with reading so I'm not making any promises. Hopefully though I might get started on Tokien's The Children of Húrin. So not much going on with my reading this week. How about you? What are you reading?Linking up with Book Journey.

DeleteI've only ever seen the film version of Mary Poppins but she is on my wishlist so hopefully I can get round to reading the first book soon.

ReplyDeleteI love the Mary Poppins books and in my humble opinion they are better than the Disney movie... though I do enjoy the movie. The movie though does not capture the imagination presented by the books.
