I'd say from what you wrote that our boundaries are quite similar. :) Lois Tinúvielhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01113667315479652015noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6295647504230837189.post-8409809616923486472015-12-19T11:12:40.654-06:002015-12-19T11:12:40.654-06:00I'm not sure how close the movie was to the bo...I'm not sure how close the movie was to the book, but it was really good. One of the last scenes where the two boys are with Reuven's father was really touching. Just to let you know, there was one scene where the boys are at an art museum and they are looking at a statue of a nude woman. The camera circled around the statue, and I kept my eyes averted somewhere else besides the screen and looked back occasionally to see if the camera shot had changed and did not have the statue in it. That was the only thing that disturbed me in the movie. I'm not sure what your boundaries on movies are, but I thought I would let you know before hand. Other than that, it was great. :)Ekaterinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08058040208921526735noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6295647504230837189.post-44559419765814691482015-12-18T15:44:02.534-06:002015-12-18T15:44:02.534-06:00There's a movie? Now I find out that there is a book!

Through the movie, I found out a lot about Judaism in America too, which I found really interesting. I wonder how the book goes through the politics versus the movie, and I wonder how Danny and Reuven's relationship differs. I'm guessing that the book and movie are different, since they usually are. Usually, I have found that the book is much better than the movie, though. :)Ekaterinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08058040208921526735noreply@blogger.com
